Mr. Ram Joseph A. Colot is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in process improvement, complaints management, team leadership, and enhancing the overall patient experience. He holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a major in Marketing. Recently, Mr. Colot completed the Executive Development Innovation Project Workshop at Singapore Management University.

Currently, Mr. Colot serves as the Associate Director of Patient Experience at St. Luke’s Medical Center-Global City, where he spearheads initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, enhance the patient journey, and streamline operations. His previous roles at the institution include Head of Patient Relations and Patient Experience Officer. He also has certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and excels in multitasking and resource management.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Colot has been invited as a resource speaker in the Philippines on topics related to Patient Experience and Complaints Management.

He has also been recognized with several awards, including being a finalist for the SLMC Associate of the Year Award (2018 and 2021) and receiving the Nursing Care Group AWESOME Award (2021).
