Rajpal Singh Baldev Singh

Rajpal Singh Baldev Singh is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with a career spanning in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Corporate Head of Nursing at Mayapada Healthcare Group in Jakarta, Rajpal has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.

Rajpal’s journey to his current role includes key positions such as Director of Nursing position in Pantai Hospital Ipoh and Manjung before being promoted as Senior Operations Manager at Pantai Hospital Ipoh. Prior to that, he held managerial roles at IHH Healthcare Malaysia corporate office in Kuala Lumpur, where he contributed significantly to nursing quality and standards while preparing entities for Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation as part of IHH Malaysia – Faculty of Accreditation Excellence. Apart from that he was also instrumental in commissioning of nursing services for greenfield hospitals within IHH Malaysia hospital network.
