Roni Jay Mabanglo

An accomplished Industrial Engineer and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is the Patient Experience Division Head at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Inc. in General Santos City, Philippines. In his role, he leads the institution with the initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, streamline healthcare delivery, and continually improve the hospital’s Net Promoter Score. He applies practical and quality improvement methodologies to optimize operational efficiency, to deliver a wonderful and delightful patient experience.

St. Elizabeth Hospital, Inc. is a member of Metro Pacific Health (MPH), the largest group of private hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the Philippines. Under the MPH group, he has participated in numerous hospital summits and workshops, gaining insights from leading experts and sharing his knowledge with peers. With a passion for integrating technology and data analytics into hospital administration, He is dedicated to driving evidence-based decision-making. A firm believer in continuous improvement and professional development and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration at San Pedro College, Davao City.
